Master Admins

Master Admins have access to every service and can create services and manage all user groups.

Users & groups

Service Admins manage this service. Service Managers manage their assigned employees. Employees manage their own personal details and uploads.

Enter a login email to create a new account or update an existing account’s service access. Enter names to create or update its employee profile. New accounts need an initial password; existing passwords are kept. No welcome email is sent automatically.

Manager assignments

Only administrators can assign employees. A manager can access a profile after it is assigned here.

Update personal and contact details.

Documents

Uploads are stored privately. New uploads await review by an administrator or assigned manager.
